英语教师研修模式的行动研究

摘要

Education Action Research,originated from the self-reflection teaching approch,is a pedagogical research method,which has always been advocated by the education experts at home and abroad.This paper defines the model of action research on the high school English teachers based on the analysis of the content of action research.This action research model helps to enhance high school English teachers'abilities of handling their education problems about English teaching at their schools and strengthen the practical effectiveness of the training program for high school English teachers,which has great significance on directing foreign language teaching and research.%基于自我反思教学模式发展而来的教育行动研究是国内外教育界专家倡导实践的研究方法.本文在阐述行动研究定义的基础上,分析了英语教师行动研究模式的基本内涵.行动研究模式引导教师寻找解决英语课堂教学问题的方法并运用到实际教学情境中,解决实际教学问题的一种有效的研修方法,有助于提高英语教师解决实际教学问题的能力,增强研修的实效性.
