摘要

cqvip:The working state and performance of teachers in colleges and universities are closely related with their working enthusiasm,but the incentive measures of contemporary human resource management in universities still have a lot of defects,which ignores not only the material incentives for teachers,but also "the limited rationality" of human resources.Hence,built the Incentive Measures based on the hypothesis of human nature in is very impossible.
