Starting from the features of university library’s book acquisition, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the book acquisition under the public bidding mode of government,and probes into the scheme of optimizing the book acquisition and improved process.%从高校图书馆的图书采访工作特点出发，分析了政府招标模式下图书采访工作的利弊，探讨了优化图书采访工作的方案和改进流程。
