通过加强对话做好高校图书馆学科服务工作——以中国人民大学图书馆为例

In the subject service of university library,the dialogue is undoubtedly an important link among the librarians,literatures and readers. University library should deeply understand the demands of readers in aspects of the communication ways, resource allocation,information acquisition method,and training mode,etc. through the dialogue, and based on this, puts forward a series of targeted measures for library's subject services.%在高校图书馆的学科服务中,对话无疑是连接馆员、文献、读者的重要纽带.高校图书馆应通过对话,深入了解读者对图书馆学科服务的交流方式、资源配置、信息获取方法以及培训模式等方面的需求,并在此基础上,对图书馆的各项学科服务工作提出一系列有针对性的措施.
