The limited of personal life cycle decide the family firms' lord has to be carried on "passing the baton". The founder must count the ra-tionality and the consanguinity when choosing the power successor. On the basis of Choosing a Family Firms Authority Successor Model, this arti-cle ordinates the literature, questionnaire survey to the family firms founders in Min-Nan zone, verifies that it can be use profitability and amentlity potential and a system of other 23 subindexes to evaluate the successor. Then, we use AHP to quantify the weighting of profitability、amentlity po-tential and other factors. Lastly, put up the sequencing of the influencing factors according to the significance grade.%个人生命周期的有限性决定家族企业主进行"权杖传递"是保证企业永续经营的基础,如何选择适合的家族企业继任者至关重要.受中国"家文化"影响,在确定权力继任者选择指标时,创始人必然会在商业合理性和血缘亲情之间进行权衡.本文以我国家族企业权力继任者选择模型为基础,通过整理文献以及对样本闽南家族企业创始人和专家的问卷调查,确定了继任者选择指标体系的两大类别--获利能力和欣慰潜力,及23个细分指标,并根据用层次分析法量化结果将各项指标按影响程度进行排序.
