光伏发电亟需政策和立法给力

摘要

评述我国目前光伏产业的迅猛发展和存在的问题，考察、研究欧美日本等发达经济体对光伏产业的政策扶持和上网电价法，提出我国目前光伏产业正处于一个关键时刻，亟需政策和立法给力，以推动产业继续发展，并提供具体的建议和展望。%This article narrated and commented our country present the photovoltaic（PV） industry rapid development and the existence question inspected and studied the European and American ,Japan and so on developed economy the PV industry supporting policy and the electricity price law for PV connected network（grid） ; Proposed that our country present PV industry to be in one critical moment, urgently needs the policy and legislates to give strength, impels the industry to continue to develop, and has provided the concrete suggestion and the forecast.
