工程建设单位的质量行为选择及其规范对策研究

摘要

As the demander of engineering quality,construction unit plays a dominant role in engineering quality management.Construction unit＇s behaviors have great influence on the quality behaviors of construction supervision and contractor,so it is significant enough to analyze and master the behaviors patterns for regulating the acts of construction unit and other main participators.In view of these,the targets,reasons and affecting factors of construction unit＇s quality behaviors are studied with the method of Behavior Science,and the quantitative analysis on quality behavior choice is developed applying Supervision Game Theory.Finally,the corresponding recommendations for regulating construction unit＇s quality behaviors are given according to the above analysis conclusions.%建设单位是工程质量的需求者,又在工程质量管理中处于主导地位,其行为对监理和承包商的质量行为有着极大的影响,分析和掌握建设单位质量行为规律对规范建设单位以及其它主体行为都有重要的意义。本文运用行为科学的分析方法对建设单位的质量行为的目标、原因及影响因素进行分析,并运用监督博弈理论对建设单位质量行为选择进行定量分析。最后,根据分析结论提出规范建设单位质量行为的建议。
