基于DEA的河北省钢铁产能评价研究

摘要

This paper uses C2 R model and BC2 model of DEA about the input oriented model to study the capacity adaptability of steel industry in Hebei Province. It sees the number of employees ,energy consumption per ton ,total assets ,main business costs as input indicators ,and the unit of industrial output ,total assets contribution rate as output indicators. The results show that the steel industry is not always over capacity in Hebei Province ,and also does not always meet the development of national economy. The capacity adaptability of steel industry may be influenced by the policy that local government and companies make.%运用数据包络技术的 C2 R模型和BC2模型的投入导向模型，以从业人员人数、吨钢综合能耗、资产总计、主营业务成本作为投入指标，以单位工业总产值和总资产贡献率作为产出指标，对河北省近几年的钢铁产能适应性进行评价研究，结果表明：河北省钢铁产能并非持续性过剩或适合国民经济的发展，其产能会受国家或当地政府宏观政策和企业政策的影响。
