野生石参中多糖含量的测定及其抗氧化活性的研究

摘要

The aim was to determine polysaccharide in Eremurus chinens and study its antioxidant.The polysaccharide in Eremurus chinens were obtained by extraction, ethanol precipitation, removing protein by the ultrasonic method.It was demonstrated that the content of polysaccharide was 14.93％ by spectrophotometer.The antioxidant activities of polysaccharide were studied.With the increasing of polysaccharide,the removal effect on free radical and nitrite became increasingly obvious.%测定石参中多糖含量,并对其抗氧化活性进行了研究.采用水提醇沉法从石参中提取多糖,采用分光光度计法,测得石参中多糖含量为14.93%.此外,还对石参中多糖的抗氧化活性进行了初步探究,石参中多糖对自由基及亚硝酸盐的清除作用随着多糖浓度的增大而表现出明显的量效关系.
