苹果提取物对小鼠脂肪代谢的影响

     

摘要

Objective :To study the effect of apple extracts on lipid metabolism in mice. Method :60 mice were divided into 5 groups randomly. Except normal control group, the other four groups were fed high fat diet. Normal control and obesity control groups were fed i.g. normal saline,the other three groups were fed i.g.38,76 and 114g/kg · bw apple extracts. The mice were killed after 4 weeks,the mice body weight,the content of serum total triglycerides (TG) ,total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) ,malondialdehyde(MDA) ,the activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD), glutathione peroxidase( GSH- PX), hepatic lipase(HL) and lipoprotein lipase(LPL) were assayed. Results:Apple extracts could obviously reduce the mice body weight,the content of TG,TC, low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL- C) and MDA, and atherosclerosisdisease index ( Al ). It could also improve HDL-C and the activity of SOD, GSH-PX, HL and LPL in their blood serum. Conclusion:The apple extracts have the functions in reducing blood lipid by adjusting the lipid metabolism of mice.%目的:研究苹果提取物对小鼠脂肪代谢的调节作用.方法:将小鼠随机分为5组,除基础对照组外,其他4组给予高脂饲料,每周称体质量1次,建立高脂模型.基础对照组和模型对照组分别灌胃生理盐水(38mg/kg·bw),3个剂量组分别灌胃苹果提取物38、76、114mg/kg·hw.连续4周后,分别测定小鼠体质量、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清总甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、肝脂酶(HL)和脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)活性.结果:苹果提取物能明显降低小鼠体质量、TG、TC、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和MDA含量以及动脉粥样硬化指数(AI),对高脂小鼠血清中HDL-C有明显的升高作用,能有效提高小鼠体内SOD、GSH-PX、HL和LPL的活性.结论:苹果提取物可以通过调节脂肪代谢来降低血脂.
