鉴于航空发动机控制系统的可靠性要求,航空发动机数控系统多采用了多余度、多通道的输入、输出结构.因此有必要对典型的执行机构进行多余度设计与分析.通过AMESim仿真软件对此类装置构成的多余度、多通道的控制执行装置的可能结构及所具有的功能与性能,尤其是控制通道的故障、切换性能进行建模与仿真研究.仿真结果表明设计的不带切换开关的电液伺服阀性能更加优越.%Considering reliable requirement of aero-engine control system, the channels of digital control syste-ma doptstructure of redundancy and multichannel are output on. It is necessary to analyze and research the structure of typical actuator deeply. The AMESim is used to simulate device and actuator which are formed by force feedback electrohydraulic servo valve with redundancy and multichannel control execution device. The simulation mainly researches structure, functions and performance of it, especially the control channel fault, switching performance. The simulation results show that the design without switching electrohydraulic servo valve performance is superior to the design with switching electro-hydraulic servo valve.
