孔口缝合补强复合材料层合板的刚度退化及失效分析

         

摘要

通过对含孔复合材料层合板进行分析,提出一种有限元模型,并通过对材料进行轴向拉伸加载,通过考虑一种刚度退化理论,对复合材料的孔边强度失效进行分析研究.研究了未缝合的情况下的加上Hashin准则下的失效破坏分析,以及合板位移随载荷的变化情况.结果表明,在未缝合的情况下对材料进行加载,复合材料的孔边单元首先发生破坏,并随着载荷的加大不断扩展,最终导致材料完全失效.层合板的位移随载荷呈非线性变化.%According to give a finite element model to analyze the composite laminates with a circular hole the material is subjected to in - plane tension. Consider of stiffness degradation to analyze the failure of the composites. The failure of unstitched-composites laminate with Hashin failure criterion, and the change of dispalacement in the composites with the continue loading are analyzed. It shows that the elements around the circular hole are failure at the beginning, and then increased to a large number, and failure totally at the end of the loading. With the contin ue loading, the displacement of the composites gives a linear variation.
