柱腔上微孔电火花加工技术

         

摘要

利用线电极火花磨削( WEDG)技术加工微细电极.通过电火花加工技术在微靶柱腔上加工直径小于、等于20 μm的诊断孔.对影响诊断孔质量的加工参数进行了优化,并探索了不同加工参数所产生的电极损耗以及直径12 μm的电极制备.%The mirco-electrode was fabricated by the wire electric discharge grinding ( WEDG). And the diagnostic windows ( mirco-holes) with a diameter of equal or less than 20 μm in cylinder hohlraums are obtained by mirco-holes electrical discharge machining technology. Techonologic parameters which would effect on the quality of diagnostic window were optimized. Electrode wear induces by different techonologic parameters and the fabrication process of electrode with a diameter of 12 μm are discussed.
