组分影响稠油渗流特征实验研究

             

摘要

利用物理模拟实验方法,复配出不同组分(主要为重质组分,即胶质和沥青质)的原油,分别在相同渗透率情况下进行稠油的流动实验.研究稠油中重质组分的含量对稠油在地层中的流动特性的影响.实验结果表明,重质组分的含量决定启动压力梯度的有无,在黏度相同的情况下,随着重质组分的增加,稠油表现出来的启动压力梯度也随着增加.根据本实验的情况,当稠油的沥青质含量在大于2.25%,胶质含量大于24.33%时,在1 357×10-3 μm2的渗透率条件下,稠油才会出现启动压力梯度.%Many domestic scholars mainly study the relationship between the mobility of heavy oil and its viscosity,but heavy oil is a complex mixture of hydrocarbons,whose viscosity depends on the components of it.Therefore,this experiment mainly compounded different components of heavy oil,and then proced flow experiment of heavy oil at the same permeability conditions to investigate the effect of content of different component on the mobility characteristics of heavy oil in the reservoir through physical simulation experiment.The results show that the threshold pressure gradient of heavy oil increases with the augment of content of heavy components in the case of the same viscosity.According to the condition of this experiment,threshold pressure will become obvious when the content of asphaltene by more than 2.25%,the resin content is greater than 24.33% in heavy oil under the permeability condition of 1 357 × 10-3 μm2.
