基于LabVIEW的微腔放电推进器测试系统

         

摘要

由于微腔放电推进器尺寸小、性能参数多,采用传统测试计量方法的开发周期长、成本高,提出了基于数据采集和LabVIEW软件平台的微腔放电推进器测试系统NI USB6221数据采集卡和流量、温度等传感器组成的硬件部分完成数据的采集.软件平台部分完成数据的显示、存储、查询和分析.该软件平台用于微腔放电结构射流装置,以射流长度为指标确定工质流量和压强、出口直径和极间距等参数的最优组合.实验表明,软件测试平台运行良好,图形化显示和数据存储量大的问题需要改进.%The microcavity discharge thruster testing system relying on the data acquisition card and LabVIEW software platform is presented. Data acquisition is completed by the hardware part consisting of the data acquisition card and sensors. Data display, storage, query and analysis are completed by the software part. The software platform is used for microcavity discharge structure jet device. And the optimal combination of parameters such as working fluid' s flow and pressure, out diameter and electrode spacing is determined regarding jet length as measurement index. The experiment shows that the software testing platform has a good performance, but the problem of graphical display and large data storage needs to be improved.
