褐环乳牛肝菌低亲和力磷酸盐转运蛋白SlLPT的生物信息学分析

     

摘要

Suillus luteus as ectomycorrhizal fungi on important exogenous fungus coniferous species, nutrients and moisture to host plants were provided, however, the mechanism of it feed phosphorus into host plant is not clear.Based on the amino acid sequence of phosphorus transporter receptor protein PHO87, PHO90 and PHO91 have been reported in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, to search PHO87, PHO90 and PHO91 related protein sequenc S.luteus with the Blastp as well as the use of words.There are the same protein named SlLPT in S.luteus.The SlLPT protein contain basic characteristics as follows: 12 transmembrane, hydrophobic protein, and locate in the bubble.This study defined the basic features of S.luteus, but also for further analysis mechanisms of ectomycorrhizal fungi provides important theoretical support feed phosphorus into host plant.%褐环乳牛肝菌作为针叶树种上重要的外生真菌,为宿主植物提供着重要的营养元素和水分.然而,对于该菌为宿主植物提供磷营养元素的机制尚不清楚.研究基于酿酒酵母中已经报道的低磷转运受体蛋白PHO87、PHO90、PHO91的氨基酸序列,对褐环乳牛肝菌蛋白质数据库进行Blastp比对,以及搜索,明确该菌中存在相同的蛋白,将其命名为SlLPT蛋白.SlLPT具有12个跨膜结构,为疏水性蛋白,亚细胞定位均在液泡上.研究明确了褐环乳牛肝菌SlLPT的基本特征,也为后续解析外生真菌为宿主植物提供磷营养的机制提供重要的理论支持.
