改性热裂解生物燃料油的动力性能和NOx排放性能试验研究

         

摘要

通过对热裂解生物油提质改性制取生物燃料油,并进行应用性能研究,是生物质燃料研究的重要领域之一.测试用的改性热裂解生物燃料油主要包括癸酸二甲酯及脂肪酸甲酯等成分,按体积百分比与石化柴油掺混后形成B0、B10 、B20 、B30四种燃料,选定100%负荷下10个速度点,通过发动机台架测试分析了掺混燃料对柴油发动机的动力性和排放性能的影响.结果表明三组掺混燃料对动力性的降低最大幅度不超过3%;低于2 000 r/min时,掺混燃料能降低NOx排放;大于2 000 r/min时,NOx排放量的大小顺序是B20>B30>B10>B0.测试结果表明该生物燃料油在低掺混比下对石化柴油有着良好的替代性.%As an alternative fuel, applied research of biologic fuel has great significance, biologic fuel tested in article including capric acid dimethyl ester and fatty acid methyl ester, etc.Four sets of fuel, B0, B10, B20, B30,were prepared blending with fossil Diesel by volume percentage.10 speed points were selected at 100% load.By engine bench test, the impact of blended fuel on power and emissions performance of diesel engines were analyzed.the power is decreased no more than 3% when use blended fuel.When the engine speed is less than 2 000 r/min,blended fuel can reduce NOx emissions.When exceeding 2 000 r/min,the NOx emissions order is B20>B30>B10>B0.Test results show that biologic fuel has a good alternative to petroleum diesel on low blending ratio.
