PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biogas generating system and its method easily enhancing a desulfurization efficiency of a fuel gas such as a biogas and a thermal cracking gas, developing the effect exceeding a cost up therefor, and saving a construction cost caused by miniaturization of a desulfurization plant. PSOLUTION: The biogas generating system is provided with a fermenting vessel 3 generating a biogas 1 by making organic waste ferment, a first biological desulfurizing plant 5A fed with the biogas 1 from the fermenting vessel 3 and performing biological desulfurization of the biogas 1, a first temperature control means making the temperature of the biological desulfurizing plant 5A 50-90C by heating a fermented liquid 2 which is partially taken out from the fermenting vessel 3 and by feeding it into the first biological desulfurizing plant 5A, and a first condensing device 17A recovering a condensate by cooling the biogas 1 fed from the first biological desulfurizing plant 5A to the rear stage of the first biological desulfurizing plant 5A.
