基于远程参数控制的汽车驱动桥虚拟多轴道路模拟试验系统

         

摘要

为了研究虚拟试验技术在驱动桥多轴道路模拟试验中的应用,分析试验系统组成及原理,分别利用AMEsim和AD-AMS建立电液伺服控制系统和机械系统刚柔耦合多体动力学模型并验证,通过Simulink平台建立机-电-液系统联合仿真模型.结合远程参数控制(RPC)技术中系统辨识和模拟迭代算法,利用MATLAB编写虚拟试验系统加载控制程序并验证.以某驱动桥为例进行虚拟试验,最终平均迭代误差在5%以内,迭代效率和精度大大提高,为驱动桥道路模拟试验提供一种行之有效的方法.%In order to research the application of virtual test technique in the test of multi-axis road simulation test system for automobile driving axle,the principle and composition of actual test system is analyzed,the model of the electro-hydraulic servo control system is established by AMEsim,while the model of the mechanical system rigid flexible coupled multi-body dynamic is established by ADAMS, and models are both been verified, mechanical-electro-hydraulic co-simulation model is built up by Simulink.With the system identification and simulative itera-tion algorithm of remote parameter control(RPC),loading control program is done by MATLAB and verified.With a set of driving axle as an example,the virtual road simulation test is done by the virtual test system established be-fore,final average iteration error is less than 5%,the efficiency and precision are promoted greatly,which means that an effective method is provided for the road simulation test of the automobile driving axle.
