氧化焙烧铬渣的浸出提铬工艺研究

         

摘要

以电镀铬渣为原料,经过高温氧化焙烧转化后,进行铬的浸出工艺实验.研究结果表明,浸出优化工艺条件为用水浸出,液固比6∶1 L/g,浸出温度80℃,浸出时间2 h,转速300 r/min.在最佳工艺条件下,铬浸出率可达93.94%.%The experimental study of leaching chromium from chromium slag roasted at high temper-ture has been carried out.The results showed that the optimum conditions of leaching stage were that leaching liqutor was water,liquid solid ratio was 6 ∶ 1 L/g,the leaching temperature was 80 ℃, leaching time was 2h,stirring rate was 300 r/min.In the optimum conditions,chromium leaching rate reached 93.94%.
