认知闭合需要对企业管理者决策的影响

摘要

在不确定的环境下,企业管理者的认知特征会对决策结果产生重大影响。本文通过情景实验的方法来考察管理者决策背后的个体认知特征如何对决策结果产生影响。实验结果表明：认知闭合需要对管理者的决策有显著的主效应。%In the uncertain environment,the cognitive characteristics of business managers will have great influence on the results.Through the scene experimental method,this paper examines how the cognitive characteristics of individual managers influence the decision results.The experimental results show that：the need for cognitive closure has a significant effect on the managers＇ decision-making.
