With improvements in size and strength, private enterprises gradually find their way to collectiviza-tion development. Therefore, traditional organization mode of management way cannot satisfy the needs of enter-prise collectivize management. By taking"D"as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of manage-ment and human resource management in D, introduces its industry characteristics, present situation and business development trend in the future, puts forward the strategy of the flexible human resources management, and sys-tematically presents the steps.%民营企业随着规模和实力的增强逐步走上了集团化发展道路,传统的集权化管控模式远不能满足企业集团化管理的需要。本文以民营企业D集团为例,分析了其人力资源管控现状,介绍了D集团结合企业所处行业特性、企业发展现状、未来业务发展趋向,提出了战略柔性的人力资源管控模型及设计思路,并系统介绍了企业战略柔性的人力资源管控模型实施的步骤。
