矿山企业管控一体化的研究与实现

摘要

如何实现经营决策、生产过程管理和过程控制的管控一体化，是矿山企业适应国际化市场竞争的必由之路。本文首先介绍了矿山实施管控一体化的必要性，然后对国外管控一体化建设情况进行了分析和总结，最后以一家矿业公司为例，从该企业信息化现状出发，借鉴其他企业的成功经验，提出了矿山企业管控一体化的解决方案。%How to realize management and control integration of decision-making, production process and process control is the only way for mine enterprises to adapt to the competition in the international market. This paper firstly introduces the necessity of the integration, and then analyzes and summarizes the situation abroad. Fi-nally, by taking a mineral company as an example, we provide a possible solution for the integration by learning from the informationization of the enterprise and experiences from others.
