基于文化使命的区域性高校图书馆服务创新研究--以江西赣州市为例

摘要

本文对赣州高校图书馆文化使命服务的概念、价值进行描述，从区域服务的理念、业务流程、组织机制、技术手段、营销模式等方向研究其创新发展战略，以期为赣州高校图书馆顺利完成文化使命打好基础。%This paper describes the concept and value of cultural mission service in Ganzhou University Li-brary. We also research its innovation and development strategies from area services concept, business processes, organizational mechanisms, technological measures and marketing model in order to lay a foundation for the suc-cessful completion of the cultural mission in Ganzhou University Library.
