边坡工程风险管理是我国工程管理中较为重要的一个项目，科学的风险管理模式能否有效的运行关系到我国未来建筑行业的发展。边坡工程风险管理和控制在近些年的发展当中占据着很大的比例，本文对边坡工程施工项目风险指标体系的建立进行分析，并对边坡工程施工项目风险指标体系进行具体的论述。%Risk management of slope engineering projects is important to project managements. The efficien-cy of risk management model influences the development of the construction industry in China. In recent years, the slope project risk management and control develops significantly and the risks are gradually decreased. This paper analyzes the establishment of risk index system for slope construction projects, and expounds on the system.
