To provide a slope work vehicle and a slope work facility for improving posture stability and grounding property of the slope work vehicle on a slope.SOLUTION: A slope work vehicle 2 is suspended by a wire rope 4 hung over a pully 63 of a pully device 60. The slope work vehicle 2 includes: a lower travel body 14 having a lower frame 12 and an endless track 18 provided in both sides of the lower frame and enabling travel on a slope 6; and an upper work body 10 located above the lower frame 12 and having a work device 20 for performing work for the slope 6. The pully device 60 is provided in a rear part of the lower travel body 14 and above the lower travel body 14. A slope work facility 1 includes the slope work vehicle 2, terminal side fixation means 96, and a winch 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
