水电站建设过程中业主方安全控制分析--基于一起较大安全事故

摘要

为了提高业主方管理水平，降低水电站建设中的事故率，保证施工安全，本文通过对某水电站建设过程中发生的一起较大安全事故进行分析，对当前国内业主方在水电站建设过程中的安全目标控制提出了一些基本的原则和措施，以期为同类工程提供参考和借鉴。%In order to improve the owner's management level, to reduce the accident rate and to ensure the safety in the hydropower station construction, the paper analyzes a larger scale safety accident happening in the process of a hydropower station construction. The paper puts forward some suggestions on safety control in hy-dropower station construction, which provides a reference for similar projects.
