民警训练教育模式及实践路径的多维度思考——以四川民警训练教育工作为视角

摘要

Police training education is the key to improve the quality of policemen.Only the reform of the current training education can improve education quality and find ways for police training education. In this paper, according to the information collected in the police training education in our province and the practical situation of the public security colleges,some thinking on the innovation of training education mode and the practiee methods is proposed.%民警训练教育是提高干警素质的关键,只有对现行训练教育进行改革,提高教育质量,民警训练教育才有出路。本文根据对我省民警训练教育工作的调研所收集的信息,结合公安院校的实际情况,对训练教育的模式及实践路径创新提出了一些思路。
