With the change of the timesthe controversial ＂post-80s＂ is active on the history stage.They are becoming trunk strength of college counselors.Facing to a striking personality of the vocational students ＂post-90s＂,＂post-80s＂ counselor should take advantage of their own advantages.They should strengthen ideological and political education combining the current situation.%随着时代的变迁,往日颇受争议的＂80后＂正活跃在历史的舞台上,成为高校辅导员的主干力量,面对个性鲜明的＂90后＂高职大学生,＂80后＂辅导员应利用自身优势,结合当前形势,做好＂90后＂大学生的思想政治教育工作。
