PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from flowing out of the case even when a lump of ice sealed in the case dissolves, and enable an appropriate moisture to be fed to the outside by sealing a lump of ice in a bag-like case of double structure formed by putting an inner layer consisting of a water-impermeable porous sheet and an outer layer consisting of nonwoven fabric in close adherence. SOLUTION: A case for a lump of ice 3 used in low temperature transportation or the like such as fresh foods is formed into a double-structure bag by putting an inner layer 1 consisting of a water impermeable porous sheet and an outer layer 2 consisting of nonwoven fabric 2 in close adherence. For such nonwoven fabric, there are used cellulose fiber, polyolefin fiber, polyester fiber, or the like, and it is provided such that bedewing never occurs on its surface even in an atmosphere where the relative temperature is high. Also, the inner layer 1 and outer layer 2 are brought in close adherence completely. If any interstice lies between the inner layer 1 and the outer layer 2, moistened air that permeates through the outer layer 2 contacts the surface of the inner layer 1 to be bedewed, and the bedewing flows down on the surface of the inner layer 1 and stays at the bottom of the outer layer 2, resulting in the occurrence of disadvantages in which it flows outside permeating through the nonwoven fabric.
