旅游管理本科专业模块化人才培养方案探索

摘要

为了提高应用型人才培养质量，借鉴德国模块化教学理念，变学科知识导向为专业能力导向，初步构建旅游管理本科专业模块化人才培养方案。正确理解模块化教学理念，强化建设双能型师资队伍，是模块化人才培养方案优化与实践应重点关注的问题。%　　In order to improve the training quality of application-oriented talents,a preliminary modularized talent training plan for the undergraduate major of tourism management has been constructed,with the German modularization teaching idea used for reference and the orientation transferred from subject know-ledge to professional ability.The key problems of the optimizat-ion and practice of the plan are understanding the modulariza-tion teaching idea correctly and strengthening the training of double-ability teachers.
