以就业为导向的电子商务人才培养探析

摘要

本文分析了目前我国电子商务人才的需求现状和电子商务毕业生的就业现状,以就业为导向,重点对高校电子商务人才培养中存在的一些问题进行了探讨,并提出了若干解决问题的途径,旨在针对企业所需,培养和提高学生的就业能力。%This paper analyzes the status of e-commerce talents and mainly inquires into the issues in the cultivation of e-commerce talents in colleges with employment as orientation, and proposes several solutions,aiming to cultivate and improve students' employment ability in view of the needs of enterprises.
