关于高校青年骨干教师入党问题的研究

高校青年骨干教师是高校改革和发展的中坚力量，做好高校青年骨干教师党员的发展是高校工作的重点之一。本文着重分析了当前影响高校青年骨干教师党员发展的几个重要因素，并就加强党员发展工作的途径和方法作了相关的探索。%Young backbone teachers in colleges and universities are the backbone of college reform, building and development. Doing a better job in recruiting Party members among young col-lege teachers is considered one of the most important things. This article focuses on analyzing some key factors that influence the recruitment of young college teachers into the Party, and explores some ways and means to strengthen the development of Party members.
