浅谈高校办公室秘书的职业道德

随着高等教育改革的不断深入，高校的改革和发展中出现了许多新情况、新问题。办公室不仅要办理事务，还要积极参与政务，提高工作效率、管理水平和服务质量，这就对秘书人员的职业道德提出了更高的要求。秘书要具备良好的职业道德，强化服务意识，才能为领导和部门服务，为提高学校教育质量和办学效益做出贡献。%With the continuous deepening of higher education re-form, new situations and problems arise in university reform and development. Offices, based on the improvement of work effi-ciency, management level and service quality, should be the places for not only university affairs but also political affairs, which proposes higher requirements for the professional ethics of office secretaries. Only with good professional ethics and a strong awareness of service can secretaries better serve leaders and de-partments and make contributions to the improvement of educa-tion quality and effectiveness.
