构建和谐社会形势下高校人事工作的思考

The university personnel work is an important content of constructing a harmonious society. To meet the demands of the harmonious society, the university personnel work should be im-plemented by appropriate publicity, contract management, cul-tural management and the improvement of college personnel quality.%做好高校人事工作是构建和谐社会的重要内容。高校人事工作要适应和谐社会的要求必须从适度公开、契约管理、文化管理以及提高高校人事工作者自身素质几方面来实现。
