The essay states some important factors which influ-ence the goalkeepers' psychology during the basketball match and analyzes them by using the mental training skills. Some strategies are presented to adjust the goalkeepers' psychology disorder and improve the defend ability, which improves the achievements of basketball match.%本文是阐述篮球比赛过程中对防守运动员心理造成影响的一些重要因素，运用运动心理学的心理训练对其进行分析探讨并提出解决对策，使防守运动员心理障碍能够得以调整，提高防守能力，从而进一步提高篮球比赛的成绩。
