石油工程专业留学生工程力学全英语课程教学改革与实践

摘要

Engineering mechanics is an important foundation course for petroleum engineering major, mainly aiming to culti-vate students' mastery of the basic theories, calculating tech-niques and experimental skills of engineering mechanics, so as to enable them to undertake relevant project design and analysis, and technology development and management in the petroleum engineering field and mechanics issues. In response to the prob-lems existing in the whole-English teaching of engineering me-chanics for overseas students of petroleum engineering major, a variety of countermeasures were adopted and impressive teaching effects have been achieved.%工程力学是石油工程专业的重要基础课程，石油工程专业开设工程力学课程的主要目的是培养学生掌握工程力学的基本理论、计算技术与实验技能，能够从事石油工程领域与力学问题相关的工程设计与分析、技术开发及技术管理工作。针对石油工程专业留学生班工程力学全英语课程教学过程中出现的一些问题，采取多种形式的应对策略，取得了良好的教学效果。
