如何以创新型课堂教学培育学风--以民办高校教学改革实践为例

The climate for learning is key to connotation construc-tion for university. Excellent climate for learning is not only the precondition to cultivate highly-competent talents, but also the sustainable power for the university's development. Classroom teaching is the basic way of cultivating talents, so it's very neces-sary to promote classroom teaching for the construction of climate for learning. This paper analyzes the methods of classroom teach-ing and puts forward the ideas that how to cultivate excellent cli-mate for learning by the example of economics courses teaching.%学风建设是高等院校质量内涵建设的关键环节，良好的学风是培养高素质人才的先决条件，更是高校持续发展的动力。课堂教学是培育人才的根本途径，脱离了课堂教学而片面地强调学风建设，无异于缘木求鱼。针对目前民办高校普遍存在的学风培育不够的问题，本文主要从课堂教学方面分析原因，以西方经济学课程教学为例，提出以创新性课堂教学培育优良学风的思路和操作方法。
