浅析具有相同专业背景的辅导员在高职学生职业规划中的指导作用--以装潢艺术设计专业为例

本文从阐述高职学生职业规划的内涵及其意义入手，结合高职学生职业规划现存的问题及原因，分析了具有相同专业背景的辅导员在学生职业规划中的指导作用，并以高职装潢艺术设计专业为例，探讨了具有相同专业背景的辅导员在学生职业规划中发挥指导作用的具体做法。%Starting from interpreting the connotation and signifi-cance of higher vocational college students' career planning, combined with the current problems and causes of higher voca-tional college students' career planning, this paper analyzes the guiding role of counselors with the same professional background in students' career planning and explores the concrete measures of giving play to the role with the major of higher vocational artis-tic design of decoration as the example.
