基于综合职业能力培养的高职物流管理专业课程体系构建--以山东劳动职业技术学院为例

With the rapid development of higher vocational edu-cation, to construct a curriculum system situated for enterprise requirements and students' vocational development has become an important content and key measure of education and teaching reform. With Logistics Management Major of Shandong Labor Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper makes a detailed interpretation of the new curriculum system.%随着高职教育的迅速发展，构建适应行业企业岗位要求和高职学生职业发展需要的课程体系成为教育教学改革提高人才培养质量的重要内容和关键措施。文章以山东劳动职业技术学院物流管理专业为例，详细阐述了基于综合职业能力培养、构建融理论知识学习、实践技能训练和综合素质教育三位于一体的专业人才培养课程体系的基础分析、内容结构和构建流程，对当前高职院校教学改革具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。
