浅谈新课程标准在教学实践中的几点应用与反思

新课程强调老师是课程实施的参与者、建设者和开发者，做这样的角色最需要的就是不断地总结、不断地反思、不断地改进、不断地创造，而教学反思正是使教师总结、反思、改进、创造的有效方法。%The new curriculum stresses that the teacher is the participator, constructor and developer of curriculum implemen-tation. To act as this role, the teacher should continuously im-prove themselves and reflect their teaching.
