农村留守儿童抗逆力的解读与培育

抗逆力是个体在面临压力、困境时的潜能激发和自我超越，良好的抗逆力有利于个体在逆境中健康成长。农村留守儿童是我国社会转型时期的一个重要的弱势群体，幼小的个体经常要面临来自家庭、学校和社会等方面的压力和困境，对其抗逆力的解读和培育显得尤为重要。%Resilience is a kind of potential excitation and self transcendence when the individual is in the face of the pressure and the plight. Good resilience is advantageous to the individual's growth healthily in adversity. The unattended children in rural area is an important social vulnerable groups in the social trans-formation period of China, young individuals often face pressures and troubles from family, school and society, etc. Therefore, it is particularly important to interpret and foster their resilience.
