民办高校基层学生党支部与主要学生社团组织架构融合的对策--提高民办高校学生党员思想觉悟的思考

摘要

民办高校基层学生党支部组织架构的完善是控制和提高大学生党员的质量的基础。只有不断完善组织架构，才能使支部得到系统的发展，从而推动学生党员的质量提高。而发挥党员先锋作用，必须依托主要社团的力量，才能有效提高大学生党员的质量。本文主要通过分析民办高校基层学生党支部的基本现状，探讨民办高校基层学生党支部与主要学生社团组织架构融合的对策，使民办高校党员更好地发挥先锋模范作用。%The improvement of the framework of grass-roots stu-dent party branches in private colleges is the basis of controlling and improving the quality of college party members. Only a con-tinuous improvement of the framework can develop the branches and promote the quality of student party members. However, only with the support of student associations can college student members highlight their leading role. Through analyzing the basic situation of the grass-roots student party branch in private col-leges, this paper explores its integration with student associations.
