高等农业院校文化角度提升学生创新能力的实证研究--以南京农业大学动物医学院为例

摘要

This paper did research and investigation from 17 high agricultural universities, pointed out the impact of innovative cul-ture and take college of veterinary medicine of Nanjing Agricul-tural University as the example to explain how to cultivate stu-dents' innovative ability from cultural innovation aspect.%　　该文通过对17所高等农业院校的调查研究，指出高等农业院校校园文化尤其是创新文化缺失对学生创新能力培养的影响，并以南京农业大学动物医学院为例开展实证研究，提出校园文化的创新途径。
