高校化学试剂使用阶段管理问题的研究和探索

摘要

According to the latest management requirements pro-posed by public security departments, the security issues of chemical reagents at using stage become an important part of the safety management system in colleges and universities. Combin-ing with the experience of chemical reagents management in Nanjing university of science and technology in recent years, the management system and responsibility system for chemicals are revised, the basic conditions of the laboratories are improved pertinently. In this paper, the concept of chemical information management system is put forward, and it's tested by using the internet technology, to achieve the digital monitoring of the chemical reagents at using stage.%　　根据公安部门对化学品的最新管理要求，化学试剂在使用阶段的安全问题，成为了新形势下高校安全管理体系中的重要环节。本文结合南京理工大学近几年对化学试剂的管理经验，梳理和修订了化学药品各项管理制度和管理责任制，针对性地完善了实验室基础条件的建设，提出了化学药品信息化管理系统的概念，并利用网络技术对化学药品信息化管理进行了实践，实现了化学试剂在使用阶段的数字化监控，从而使学校实验室的安全管理工作得到了保障。
