高校教学管理人员队伍专业化建设

摘要

高校的教学管理工作是各高校各种管理的中心工作之一，是高校保证正常的教学秩序、实现人才培养目标、提高高校教学质量的基本保证。本文针对当前高校教学管理队伍专业化中存在的问题，结合高校教学管理工作的要求，提出了加强高校教学管理队伍专业化建设的措施。%College teaching management , as one of the central af-fairs of colleges, is the basic guarantee of normal college teaching order, talent cultivation and the improvement of teaching quality. In view of the problems existing in the professional of college teaching management staff, combing with the demands of college teaching management, this paper proposes the measures of en-hancing the professional construction of college teaching teaching management staff.
