浅析大学生特殊群体的性格特征与教育方法

摘要

According to the characteristics of special group in contemporary college students, this thesis analyzes the factors that form the special character, discussing how to carry out the ideological education in special group of college students, and putting forward the corresponding counter measures and teaching methods. Creating a good group environment such as the training of knowledge and skills can make students to realize their short-comings, which can also improve the college students' personality and enhance their ability to overcome setbacks and difficulties.%　　针对当代大学生特殊群体的特点，分析了该群体的特殊性格形成原因，探讨了如何开展大学生特殊群体的思想教育工作，提出了相应的应对措施和施教方法。为学生创设一个良好的群体环境，通过知识和技能的训练，可以使学生正确认识自身的不足，有利于大学生自身人格的完善，增强学生战胜挫折、克服困难的能力。
