浅谈公安职业教育教学中的理论与实践相结合

摘要

通过走“警、学、研”相结合的人才培养之路、推行“教、学、练、战”一体化的教学模式、采用理论与实践相结合的教学方法等途径，可以解决当前公安职业教育教学中普遍存在理论脱离实际、重理论知识轻实践能力的问题，达到理论教学与实践教学的有效融合，实现培养应用型和复合型的公安人才的目标。%Through implementing the training way combining"police, learning and research", promoting the integrated teach-ing mode of "teaching, learning, practicing and action", and adopting the teaching method of combining theory with practice, we can solve the problems in the current police occupation edu-cation, so as to reach the fusion of theory teaching and practice teaching, and cultivate applied and comprehensive police talents.
