职业教育发展存在的问题及对策

摘要

职业教育在我国教育体系中占据重要的地位，它是推动我国现代经济科技发展的强大动力，为我国经济和社会的发展培养了大批基础性、技能型人才。但与此同时，职业教育也面临着很多困境：社会对职业教育的认识有偏差，还没有达到应有的高度，职业教育发展的环境需得到进一步的改善，职业教育在城乡之间、地区之间发展的不平衡以及教育体制不活、管理水平不高、毕业生就业困难等。因此，研究分析目前我国职业教育发展存在的问题并科学地提出对策，对我国职业教育的发展具有重要的现实意义。%Vocational education occupies an important tole in China's education system, and it is a powerful energy promoting China's economic and sci-tech development. However, there are also many dilemmas in vocational education. This paper analyzes the present problems in China's vocational education develop-ment and proposes scientific countermeasures, which is of realis-tic significance in the development of China's vocational educa-tion.
