新公共管理理论对我国政府行政改革的适用性分析

New Public Management movement was rise in West-ern countries in the 1980s, the government administrative reform movement that swept across the world, which originated in the West and gradually formed an massive wave of administrative re-form of the administrative reform of the governments of the world have far-reaching impact. This article described the basic con-tent of the New Public Management, discussed the reference to the reform of China's government administration and new public management theory.%　　新公共管理是20世纪80年代在西方国家兴起的政府行政改革运动，这场运动从西方发源逐步席卷整个世界，形成了一股声势浩大的行政改革浪潮，对世界各国政府的行政改革有着深远的影响。本文介绍了新公共管理的基本内容，并就新公共管理理论对我国政府行政改革的借鉴意义进行了探讨。
